Specialist Service

Women’s Health Physiotherapy

Specialist care for every stage of womanhood.

About this service

Women’s health physiotherapy addresses the unique physical challenges that women face across their lifespan from pregnancy and childbirth to menopause and beyond. Our specialist physiotherapists provide sensitive, evidence-based care in a private and supportive environment.

Based in Ashford, Surrey, we support women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and beyond – from managing pregnancy-related aches to rebuilding strength and confidence after birth. Many of our local patients come to us after finding generic NHS advice too general for their specific stage or symptoms
